Be accurate
Use the correct make, model, year, mileage, condition, price, and location. Disclose material damage, major modifications, outstanding financing, and known title or registration issues. Mark a vehicle sold or archive it promptly when it is no longer available.
Use authentic photos
Upload clear, recent photos of the actual vehicle. Do not use catalog photos as if they show the listed vehicle, hide damage, reuse another seller's images, or include unrelated promotional material. Remove visible IDs, documents, faces, and other private information before uploading.
One vehicle, one listing
Each account may have up to 5 active listings. Do not post duplicates, keyword spam, bait prices, unavailable vehicles, or misleading variations of the same listing. Dealers should keep branch and contact details current.
Communicate respectfully
No harassment, discrimination, threats, impersonation, unsolicited marketing, phishing, or attempts to collect unnecessary personal information. Keep enquiries focused on the advertised vehicle and transaction.
Transact safely
Inspect the vehicle and original documents in person, verify the seller's authority, check government records through appropriate official channels, and use a written sale agreement. Avoid advance payments to unknown parties and stop when information or pressure feels suspicious.
Report concerns
Use the report form on a vehicle page for suspected scams, inaccurate information, duplicate listings, or unavailable vehicles. For an urgent account or safety concern, use the contact page. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Automated checks and enforcement
Listings publish immediately only after automated checks for abusive or obscene language, unsafe content, spam, and duplicates. A listing that fails these checks is rejected. Active listings expire after 30 days. Depending on severity and history, KotseMoto may also remove content, limit features, request verification, suspend accounts, or permanently block access.
